EQEmu ingame IRC chat

Yeah, is there anyway to put an IRC into the built in currently unusable chat function? Would be nice, nothing too big would be interesting to see put in.

Working on coding an open source IRC chat plugin similar to the one doodman uses that will run alongside world. Still uncertain when it will be finished.
