the only difference i see between yours and mine is
worldname=ManiacHacker (12 chars) mine is 13 chars
Defaultstatus=20 mine is blank just Defaultstatus=
ServerMode=MiniLogin mine is ServerMode=StandAlone
not sure, but might try changing those...
Did you set the ip address in the account table? (just because i forget to often)
