Just wanted to pipe in that the idea of useing tells is workable. Although i do not know how i have met players that use it and it works like a dream. The Bot players will respond to the /tell...

your useing Magoths bots right?

If so a few things to keep inmind to avoid crashing are:

1) bots crash the zone and/or server when above level 8ish and useing no weapons ... so no unarmed...

I sourced in the Botinventory sql file with cmd promp smysql... load up eqemu server and fire up eq client... log in .. spawn a bot .. equip it and kill it... respawn .. gear stayed ... woot woot ......

The #bot inventory list says all the bots slots are empty ... even after i give them an item ... and the item is showing on the bot ... ( armor on and sword in hand )...

First off... I love the bots... after alil trial and error on my part i managed to get them going and do alil leveling... I can do groups and raids .. update the bots to get there new spells n stuff...

Quick Question =)

Got my server up n running.. I can log in and play fine ... ( its set up on EQEmu's server list) .. but if i try to log in from another computer i get to server select and it drops me back to loggin...
