Game crashes right after launching =/

It tries to open the window or whatever first (hence the black screen) but then it closes with this message box

eqgame.exe has noticed a problem and needs to be closed.

Have you had any luck?
I just installed a legal copy of Titanium today and I am having the same issue.

I installed new video drivers as it asked me to. I don't receive a notification about that anymore, although it still crashes just as it starts to load.

Ok, I was playing around trying to fix this and discovered that lowering my windows resolution to 800 x 600 seems too work. I had it up to 1680 x 1050 before. I'm going to try edging it up a little higher because 800 x 600 looks like total doo doo.

I can't remember exactly, but this happened the first time I installed Titanium. I think either running the settings external prog and saving or getting an eqclient.ini from someone else made it work.

I'm pretty sure this has been mentioned before in the support forums, but the threads get old fast these days
