Yeah, holy smokes... that Linux guide needs some help

Oddly, I checked out the entire Server repo and couldn't locate (linux) or find (Windows) any of those file names. Weird.

BUT!! I went into that eqemu_server.pl tool, found [assets] and [utility_scripts] and sure as sh!rt, there they were
