Perl58.dll

I know we're all sick to death of this DLL, and I have searched the forums and I understand the issue with the different versions of pearl.
I just am restarting my EQEmu Server again, and I DL'ed the most recent database/server folder.
However, when I use the new server folder, I get this error, but when I use the old server folder ) peq_1200ish I have no error, both using the 1589DB.

This leads me to assume that the world.exe is what has been changed? I have no idea, I'm not even clear on what difference the Server builds make to the EMU, so forgive my ignorance on the subject..The server does run fine, it just doesn't work with the newest server folder 1589.

I use 5.10.x Perl and was able to get around this by simply DLing the 5.8.x version (in zip form) and extracting out the perl58.dll into the same folder that the perl510.dll file sits in the Perl directory.
