Default oops

I accidently erased a few zone files from the Zone table in my db...someone please tell me how i input these zones i erased, without screwing up my DB and my custom npcs? the custom NPCs are not in the zones that are missing, but i just want to make sure i dont screw them up...thanks

You can always download the database again and create a new mysql database with a new name. Then, just use Navicat and copy over your zones table from the new database to yours. I always keep backups of my own database to avoid this type of issue.
