The Mordyth profile is in the 'Users awating confirmation email' group and also has 'Receive admin emails' set to 'No'. I don't know anything about vBulletin administration, but maybe you requested a password reset but didn't receive the email due to having 'Receive admin emails' set to 'No'.

I can't do anything to help as I don't have the required access. Maybe the board admins (KLS/Cavedude) could help, or failing that, Rogean.
