Level_Cap
Now that the LEVEL_CAP has been removed from features.h , how do you implement the cap?
Also, what are the allowable settings in rule_sets and rule_values?

What command did you use?
Have tried #Rules setdb Character 70
#rules setdb LEVEL_CAP 70
and others without success
