Zones not talking to World?

Trying to set up a server and for the life of me I can't get it to work. The server starts up fine... I can log into the server and create a character, I just cant get into the game. I'm guessing...

I was looking at Blessed Armor of the Risen, trying to figure out why it doesnt stack with Aegolism. Is there something I'm missing or is this a bug?

As far as I know, the rez thing is a problem with the emulator itself.... there is no setting that can change that. Consenting works, the character doing the consenting has to be in the same zone,...
