Exclamation Account help

I followed a tutorial at http://eqemu.sesmar.net/eqemu_6_2dr1/

i installed mysql perl blah blah.
I was so proud of myself It all works. I run minilogin and then world, it loads with no errors, minilogin command window says 1 server connected. then i run the batch 5 zones and they load and connect to my world and world.exe commmand windows shows that they connected. But when i goto the game and type in my i thought account name and pass it says wrong user name and pass. I have the version of game and everything I am just a noob when it comes to mysql and stuff, I never used it before. How do I create accounts for my server.

Just incase you need this, I just want to run this server on lan. no internet and i want to play with some friends so I need a way to have accounts for all of them on hte lan. Please someone help me log into my own server.

also i forgot to add that everything is running on 1 computer. world, sql, minilogin, eqclient. So I am trying to connect to the server using the server computer.

I searched around all the minilogin tutorials and server helps but no one clearly states how player accounts are created, only for eqemu online servers but not private lan servers. Please someone help

More than likily you have to manually put your account into the account table and your minilogin IP of your computer into the accoutable also. If you look at this how to guide, http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka.php?wakka=Windows6

near the bottom in the section labeled FOR SINGLE PLAYER USING MINILOGIN: it explains how to setup minilogin, your eqhost file for minilogin and your loginserver.ini file for minilogin.

That guide should get you up and running provided you have a compliant EQ client with 0.6.2.

If you're not sure when you patched, you can use this tool to see if your client is compatible with what you're trying.

Cisyouc

The link to your checker program times out for me. I'm interested in using to find out what version I have.

TIA,

Z

Sorry. My webhost caught fire and the datacenter is thus down.. The program will be inoperable and inaccessable for a couple days.
