Horrible Server Account Error! Please help.

Invalid Activation Key, ServerOP Username, or ServerOP Password: SELECT users.id FROM forums.vb_user forum, users WHERE md5(userid)='******************************' and lower(users.username)=lower('berserkgatts') and users.passwd=md5('*******');

What the hell does this mean?

This is what comes up when I try to create a server account.. I have tried countless names, passwords and things like that. Also, I made sure it was the EXACT key that I received. There was a space at the begining of the key when I pasted it but I got rid of it thinking that was the problem.

Honestly, I don't expect anyone to have any idea how to answer my question, But if you could, it would be great.
